Media Info and Registration

Media registration is now open for the 2005 Vancouver Metro BMX Jam.

We request that all media pre-register at least two weeks before the event. Media registration will close Tuesday, February 14, 2005 – so please have your request in before that or we may not be able to get back to you in time. There will be no video allowed on the contest floor at any time, unless special clearance has been granted.

Please be aware there is a limited amount of media passes given out.
We put a very tight cap on how much media we will allow on the contest floor. We put the riders first when it comes to this. First and foremost we don't want them getting hurt; and second, we don't want media in the way during somebody's run and potentially ruining it. It will be BMX media on the floor only, unless special clearance has been granted.

You must be part of a legitimate media organization to get a media pass – running a (small) website or 'zine is not considered 'legitimate media'. No 'personal filming' will be permitted on the contest floor at any time.

Media Entrance:
All media must enter through door #40 (by the loading docks), at the Northwest end of Hall A and check in at the registration desk. The registration desk will close about 30 minutes before Pro finals, at 1:00PM.
